Please do not submit protected health information or patient information through the Site. Our forms are intended for business and professional inquiries only.

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts; these providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests their content. Links to other websites, including press coverage and third-party resources, are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
